All items sold by VESSEL022 are one-of-a-kind archive or vintage
pieces. As such:
- Each piece is unique and sold in the condition described
on its product page
- Measurements, condition grades, and photographs are provided
to accurately represent each item
- Minor variations in colour between photographs and the
physical item may occur due to screen settings
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in product
descriptions or pricing at any time

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept
major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. VESSEL022
reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion,
in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Orders & Fulfilment
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive
a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping
notification with tracking when it is dispatched.
VESSEL022 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers,
customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at

International customers are responsible for any import duties,
taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

6. Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges
unless an item was received in a condition significantly
different from its description, or an incorrect item was sent.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on vessel022.com — including photographs, text,
lookbook imagery, and brand assets — is the property of VESSEL022
and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior
written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VESSEL022 shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our store or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall
not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese
courts.
