All purchases made at VESSEL022 are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to review all product photographs, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific piece, contact us at support@vessel022.com before completing your order — we are happy to provide additional details or photographs.

Exceptions

In the event that an item is received in a condition significantly different from what was described, or if an incorrect item was sent, please contact us at hello@vessel022.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review each case individually and, where our responsibility is confirmed, provide a resolution.

VESSEL022 is not responsible for sizing or fit preferences. All measurements are provided on each product page — please refer to these before purchasing.
